What you do  The job as a pest control technician involves days filled with professional customer interaction and service. You often work preventively or with remedial solutions and measures regarding pest problems in a free and flexible job with several customer visits each day. You use your body along with your knowledge and skills to solve problems. Through good behavior and high-quality service, you create relationships with customers while your expertise and professionalism solve their problems. 

Working as a pest control technician at Anticimex is a social role where you build relationships both with customers and your colleagues. You exchange experiences and knowledge to continuously improve. Even though you spend a lot of time out with customers, some administrative work in the form of documentation and reports, as well as a significant amount of driving, is also included in your workdays.

As a pest control technician, you will primarily work with:

• Customer visits, interaction, and service

• Preventive work, solutions, and measures regarding pest problems

• Inspections for private and corporate customers

• Documentation and reports

• Upselling and additions to existing customer agreements

Who you are To succeed and thrive as a pest control technician, you are curious and attentive. You enjoy a creative and social role with the customer in focus. By taking responsibility and working in a structured way, you have fun while helping our customers in the best way possible.

• You are passionate about good service and customer relationships

• Are communicative and social

• Are meticulous and solution-focused

• Are IT-savvy and can use the Office suite

• Have a B driver's license

• Speak and write Swedish, but can also speak other languages

Good to know

• We apply a six-month probationary period for all positions

• You will work from home

• The office is located in Örnsköldsvik

• Significant driving and longer trips are included

• Overnight stays may occur, as we deliver our services throughout the region

• Tests are part of the recruitment process
